The Brady family (28 members) is one of the most important families on 'Days of our Lives'. The family debuted in 1981. A lot of characters from other families have been in a relationship or marriage with a member of the Brady family.
The Brady's are a working class Irish-American Catholic family living in the fictional town of Salem, Illinois on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. The family was created by Pat Falken Smith and first introduced in 1981 when Roman Brady arrives in Salem. The rest of Roman's family would later arrive throughout the early 80s. The Brady's have become one of the central families on the show, second only to the Horton family. The Brady's are traditionally a family of police officers, although occupations range from doctors to lawyers to businessmen. In addition, the family is also well known for its violent and long-standing feud with the DiMera family. The family is currently represented by Roman Brady, Kayla Brady, Eric Brady, Shawn Douglas Brady, Will Horton, Ciara Brady, Claire Brady, Allie Horton, and Arianna Horton.

The Brady Pub (formerly a Fish Market) is the family business in Salem and a popular place to get coffee. They are known by all of Salem for their clam chowder. The pub was opened and owned and operated by Shawn Brady and his wife Caroline Brady until their deaths. It is currently managed and operated by their son Roman Brady. The pub also has rooms upstairs for people who need a place to stay.
