Dorthea "Doris" Singleton (September 28, 1919 – June 26, 2012) was an American actress, perhaps best remembered as Lucy Ricardo's frenemy, Carolyn Appleby, in I Love Lucy. She played the role of Kay Stanhope on the soap opera Days of Our Lives in 1971.
Singleton died in Los Angeles in 2012, aged 92, from complications of cancer.
