Jensen Ackles (full name Jensen Ross Ackles) is an American actor. He portrayed the role Eric Brady on the soap opera Days of Our Lives, from 1997 to 2000.
Ackles later became well-known for playing Dean Winchester on the series Supernatural. In one episode of that series, "The French Mistake", Dean is transported to a different reality that is supposed to be the "real world", where Supernatural is a TV series with Jensen Ackles as one of the leads. During this episode, as Dean investigates the life of Jensen Ackles, footage of Ackles from a Days of our Lives episode can be seen on a screen.
In 2023, during a Days episode where Nicole Walker and Eric Brady reflect on their first meeting 25 years earlier, flashbacks are shown of scenes featuring Jensen Ackles with Arianne Zucker.
