Storylines[]
When Chloe Lane was diagnosed with leukemia, Craig Wesley and Nancy Wesley had a second child, hoping she would be a match and save her older sister's life. Joy was a match and successfully saved Chloe's life. Joy was loved dearly by her parents and big sister, and she served as the flower girl at Chloe's wedding to Brady Black, who got along with her. Joy left town with her parents in 2005 and hasn't been seen since. Joy was mentioned to be in grad school in 2021.
In October 2024, Joy returns to Salem with her mother to gain a role on Abe Carver and Kate Roberts' reboot of "Body & Soul". She then meets Johnny DiMera.
