Worked for Ava's father Martino Vitali, who paired him with Ava in an effort to get over the fact that he sold her son with Steve Johnson. - Lucy: Lucy was a little girl that matched Rachel Black's description right down to wearing a leopard print coat. She was hit by a car and people thought it was the runaway Rachel. Detective Shawn Douglas Brady confirmed that Lucy was going to be fine. Lucy was mentioned in January 23, 2025.
- Maisie Cook: Sister of Fiona Cook, aunt of Xander Kiriakis, and great-aunt of Victoria Kiriakis. Gave Xander Fiona's phone number so he could get in contact with her. Remained close with Fiona through her demons as Fiona was mentioned to visit her frequently.
- Margaret Donovan †: The mother of Shane and Drew Donovan.
- Mr. Blake: Husband of Rachel Blake, father of Peter Blake and Kristen DiMera, and grandfather of Rachel Black. Believed to have been murdered by Stefano DiMera when Rachel wouldn't leave her husband for him.
- Mr. Meleounis: Father of Konstantin Meleounis, grandfather of Catherina Meleounis Greene, and great grandfather of Cat, Mark, Aaron, and Felicity Greene. Apparently wealthy as he gave Victor Kiriakis the money he need to start Titan Industries. Also has dealings with Victor's nephew (biological son) Xander Kiriakis.
- Mrs. Biederbecke: Mother of Bart Biederbecke. Mentioned to still be alive in 2003. Unknown if she was still alive at the time of her son's death in 2007.
- Mrs. DiMera †: Wife of Santo DiMera and mother of Stefano DiMera and his siblings. Santo claimed she had died so he could start a relationship with Colleen Brady. Devastated by Santo's affair, so Stefano told Colleen's younger brother Shawn Brady that his mother was alive. Died years later of unknown causes.

- Mrs. Vitali †: Wife of Martino Vitali, mother of Ava Vitali, grandmother of Tripp Johnson and Charlie Dale, and great-grandmother of Henry Horton. Killed under Martino's orders for unknown reasons.

She was the wife of Leopold Alamain, mother of Lawrence Alamain, adoptive mother of Forrest Alamain, and grandmother of Nicholas Alamain. She was also the sister of Daphne DiMera, and aunt of Tony DiMera.

- The name Camille DiMera is also seen in the DiMera Crypt. It is suspected that she was the mother of André DiMera, but nothing has been confirmed.
