Mackenzie "Mickey" Horton is a character from the soap opera Days of Our Lives. She is the late daughter of Eric Brady and Sarah Horton. She also the legal daughter of Xander Kiriakis.
Mackenzie Horton was born during a Days of Our Lives time jump off-screen in April 2020.
It is revealed that Mackenzie is actually Brady Black and Kristen DiMera's child, and that the real Mackenzie died from injuries sustain from the car crash caused by Orpheus.
Storylines
On November 11, Mackenzie Horton is seen with her mother Sarah and legal surrogate father Xander together when her father Eric arrives and see her mother Sarah he was shocked to see a baby girl in her arms and questions Sarah about who the baby girl father and her mother Sarah lied saying Xander her "father" and Eric just left as Sarah and Xander kiss while he holding her and her mother just looks happy as she witness it all even talking about how Xander was there for all the birth class, doctor's appointments and the birth within a 6 Months time frame.
Recently, her parents Eric and Sarah discovered that they've been raising Brady Black and Kristen DiMera's daughter Rachel Black, while their real daughter had died from internal injuries sustained from the car accident, which also caused the death of Adrienne Johnson on Mother's Day. Sarah later kidnapped Rachel and headed for her cousin Abigail and Chad DiMera's apartment in Paris.
After her mother returned Rachel to her parents, she went to visit her mother in Prison. The real truth about Mackenzie's death is revealed actually on May 15, 2020, after her brother Christian's conviction for Jordan Ridgeway's murder, his sister Zoey Burge revealed it was their father Orpheus, who caused the fatal car crash that resulted in the deaths Mackenzie and Adrienne Johnson Kiriakis
Mackenzie was mentioned during Victor funeral as well as Adrienne on September 8, 2024.
Aftermath
Mickey became a big sister when she lost her paternal half-brother Baby Brady-Hunter in 2023 because her brother mother Jada aborted him causing Eric to lose another child in the process.
Mickey was a big sister again for the third time to a maternal half-sister Victoria Horton-Kiriakis born in September of 2024 with her mother Sarah and former stepfather/legal father Xander.
Mickey was going to be a big sister again for the fourth time to paternal half sibling Baby Brady-Walker due in 2024 with her father Eric and former stepmother Nicole.
Mickey became a big sister again for the second time when she lost her second paternal half-brother Eric and Sloan son Baby Brady-Petersen who unfortunately died as result of a miscarriage in 2024.
