Mr. Greene and his wife Mrs. Greene was in involved in a car accident and died as result of that and it was revealed as Felicity Greene was talking to Mark Greene about their parents.
It revealed Mr. Greene was married to a very well known person Catherina Meleounis Greene who was presumed dead for years and was the daughter of the late villain Konstantin Meleounis who spent time seeking vengeance for her "death” but really Catherina was faking her death and she married Mr. Greene and they had four children. They were involved in a accident which killed Mr. Greene and Catherina was held hostage after the accident by Clyde Weston, who was later revealed to have caused the car accident intentionally because Cat was working for the ISA as a analyst and looking into Clyde's drug ring.
