The Roberts family (15 members) is one of the most important families on 'Days of our Lives'. The family debuted in 1977. A lot of characters from other families have been in a relationship or marriage with a member of the Roberts family.
The Roberts were introduced with matriarch Kate Roberts. Kate has been know for feuds with Sami Brady and her past with Stefano DiMera. When Lucas was introduced, Kate was revealed to have had an offscreen relationship with Bill Horton, tying her to the Horton family. Kate was also briefly married to Victor Kiriakis and they had a son, Philip Kiriakis. In 2008, Kate married Stefano and became a surrogate mother to his youngest son, Chad DiMera. Kate currently has maintained close ties with Chad and Stefano's eldest son, Andre DiMera.
